why dont u get some auto bleeders for the big showas.....so the drz has more oil volume chamber than the rmz with big showa internals but yer swapping out internals of your rmz to the drz ...correct

Get the 140s they were the ones with the best speed rating and load cap. if i remember correctly...i havent even tried the new scouts i have 4 sets of the old k60s that r a bitch to tear up......

ive handled both 800gs and 1200gs ...dad owned the 1200... anyways Itsatdm and BMW-K r right on the street the 1200 cant be beat but once u but a suspension on a 800...its the best 50/50 bike out...

my opinion... i got the traxxion ak20 forks for around 1300.00 i think and bought the high dollar elka for about 800.00 so for new suspension 2100.00 instead of buying a 20,000+ bike id go for...

that traxxion suspension is the way to go if u want to keep it as cheap as u can and not do a whole lot of fiddle'n around just pull forks off ...send them to traxxion dynamics...they send them back...

ive had this bike for five years now (f800gs) us87-100 no problems using any of it no remapping and all that gas had ethanol in it except the racing fuel...one cap full of techtron a year......

like the tiger too but that big heavy gas tank makes it top heavy and a pain in ass off road, the f800gs tank position is perfect but that being said i would not want to drop these things off road...

Take that lemon back now and go get the new ktm 1190r...smaller bike and 40 more horses...keep in mind i have had my f800gs for 5-6yrs if i had to do it over again id start with something u dont have...
