I picked up a set of deflectors in the Moose brand for $20.00, they attach with a Velcro strap and 1 zip tie per side on my 14 GSA. Made a big difference as I could wear thinner gloves.

Read your owners manual. You can adjust your gear shift lever at the toe lift part. Loosen the set screw and rotate it with your fingers it is eccentric and will raise as you rotate it.
