You might want to look into the Kaurit tool or the Baja No-Pinch tool for tire installation. The Kaurit is the original. Baja No-Pinch is the American copy. Both do the same thing.

If you can switch out to more road-friendly tires, I'd do that. 1000 kms on the MT-21 is fine- but you'd get more comfort and better traction from a road-focused tire.
