They are just ballpark settings , im running a 175 main , 45 pilot and a jd red needle im my 2000 lc4e , im a little above sealevel in Newhampshire.

A common problem , you need a thin socket , then a brute force disconnect to get the spinners out , good luck.

KTMUSA recieved my Husaberg in a crate for warranty work a few years ago , the dealer had no clue , so off it went , KTM bought the pos back after constant failures , the techs at KTMUSA will get it...

I used stronger clamps on the intake boot to keep the carb from slipping when i installed the fcr 41 which replaced the oem mikuni , 3 years later no problem.

The sound deadener pulls right off the inside of the outer cover ,you might have to use a little friendly effort to remove it , 2000 model anyways.:D

The standard honda drill in yolr case is to hold the throttle wide open kick it through 10 times then try it , this worked for my xlr250 every time.

Find the thinnest wall socket that will fit the bolt , its a tight fit with a normal width socket , i thought i had the same issue with mine .

I have the first gen fcr with a choke , is yours perhaps just missing the knob. The fcr 41 works fantastic on my 2000 low flow head, dammm , anyways with basic tuneing the fcr is world class .

By changeing out the left side mount on my 2000 lc4e to the later alloy model , you can run real footpegs , pic of mine with a f3 fastway installed , had to do some grinding on the peg to get it to...
