Cool2 only MY suggestion...

Take a jumper lead directly from the positive battery terminal and just lightly touch the live end directly to the starter solenoid connector.....where the single black wire connects......you do not...

I have always had very good luck with them, however, only on dirt bikes.....2 stroke, at that.
Setting them up can be time consuming....
