Sure it should ...unless the battery is dead! This battery pack worked very well in sub 10F temperature. For me that is, just sharing the information for those who might be thinking about buying one.

Harley Davidson Ride Planner

I haven't used it in quite some time, but Harley Davidson Ride Planner worked very well for dragging, dropping, and shaping routes. There's a plug in for exporting routes to Garmin devices.
