Which setting, out of the three in the manual is a good starting point for a heavier guy? I'm 215 without gear.

Ya, I use my muti switch for the lights now. I removed my kill switch, and wired that circuit to the push pull switch... so, bike starts with the switch in, doesn't start with switch pulled out...

The black knob on my stock push pull headlight switch fell off. So, its the threaded part I have to grab...

Any ideas where to get just the knob that can fit? I only found complete ktm switch..

I see you used the small set screws on your post mount.. my xcw doesn't have a slot in the frame for them, does the exc? Or was I supposed to use them regardless?

The bars have to be ran in the fwd spot, what Paul at hdb said.

Make sure to lock tight the sub mount plate once u have the stabilizer arm...

What some of us do, is just buy separate items and wire it up because we wanted to use different...

I got the idea from a guy on ktm talk who made his own kit for a 300 xcw I belive. He said the yellow blue runs powrr up...

I have read many post about people using old-school oil and the oil that ktm recommended...... so, no real consensus I guess... I am just using the ktm stuff... and rode it about 80% normal the first...
