Glad to hear it! There are so many great ways to get from LA to SF that avoid the highway. If you have the extra 2-4 hours it takes, it makes the trip much more enjoyable.

Turns out its doable. Made it to davis in about 13 hours. Monterey to davis really sucked, no good scenery and had to do a lot of lane splitting, but feels nice to have done it. Roughly 600 miles.
