Oil leak is probably the clutch cover o'ring, you can take the cover off once or twice and get away without replacing, but eventually this will weep, I know this from experience, easy and cheap fix....

Don't get such a hang upon the oil, any good quality fully synthetic 10W-50 oil will do, been using Silkolene 4T in mine since I got it, no problems at all.
