Hi Bob, I ordered the 2 inch riser but got the 1 3/4 incher. Fits fine with the standard cables, no re routing required.

If you mean the shaft the gear lever fits on, I'm pretty sure it can be replaced without splitting the cases, clutch cover will have to come off though. And the clutch basket too, from memory.

Br careful. Essential engine parts like pistons and camshafts are NLA from Honda. You can get new Wiseco pistons for the XR350, but will have to fit an XR350 rod as well.
