check the spring on the decomp mechanism up on the head, make sure it hasnt come off or vibrated around or somehting and caused the exhaust vlave to be stuck open, not sure why you have it...

well there is only about 1/8" or so of clearance between the case and chain with the 15 tooth, im sure you can fit 16 on there but there is got to be hardly any clearance at all.

Consensus is for sure that the bike are lean stock, open exhaust will further lean it out, so richer jets are definatly a good idea, I did this and bike runs great, no stumbles and has tons more...
