Moto Guzzi V7 Stone

I'll vote for a V7 Stone. It is light, reliable, easy to maintain and will do everything the OP is asking for. Plus it is not one more cookie cutter moto.

Spencers seats (Great Day to Ride) recovers and refoams your existing seat pan for as little as $75.00 and it really helps. Probably not as good as a custom job, but also not as expensive either.
