It's from Holan, from a few years ago... I assume they're still making it... Really just breaks up the wind a little, and protects the dash from mud etc.

Hey mike - they are Holan frames, but for the GSA panniers. They've been great - they give the subframe some extra strength, the panniers give a flat platform across the rear seat to take the load...

Well, I just had a 50 mile ride in torrential rain on the HP (meaning no weather protection) and I'm soaked through at the front and on my arms... Not best pleased. Will double check zippers etc...
