My full length rainsuit fell out of my pannier today on Rampart Range road. It was either on the road or trailhead that it fell out, not on a trail. Arghh! Didnt realize it until an hour later....

Sounds like the exact part that broke off mine. The 2 plastic hooks seem prone to failure...maybe by design so that the box doesnt hook onto a tree. pole etc and yank you down wid it.
