pulled the 4 screws and with a gentle prise the flange pops from the case. I'm still trying to retain the new seals....

I'm using straight 30 ND oil as it will not suspend the solids in the oil like a detergent .
In theory, they'll fall to the pan...instead of getting stuck in the slinger....
