unimproved,, pretty much dirt/gravel
Impassable,, Rocks,trees, probably not big bike friendly

Thats pretty much the same thing I said to the dealer and I wanted a green one but didnt want to wait on the waiting list,, They always make paint,, and they always make plastics it will change soon
