I had my valve shims done last autumn, on 690 R '10, at 9000 km.

Exhaust valves were in spec: 0,08 & 0,11mm.

Intakes were: 0,04 & 0,05mm.

As for the fuel filter I've never fitted one.
I assume it hasn't got one unless it's sitting in the tank.

Checked for air leaks but found nothing.
