I had my valve shims done last autumn, on 690 R '10, at 9000 km.
Exhaust valves were in spec: 0,08 & 0,11mm.
Intakes were: 0,04 & 0,05mm.
I went down one size shim on intakes ( to 2,35mm ) to...

My LC4 Adv '05 developed a problem yesterday.
It started suddenly, I could't rev it above 4000-4500, in any gear.
It was fine when stationery, but not when riding.
