My R80ST clutch became stiff after riding in rain

After the first ride in the rain, my clutch became stiff...The clutch cable is new (was replaced ~a month ago). I need help...What do you think??

The second picture showed that there's no battery covers (side panels) on your bike. Have you been ridden the bike without the battery covers long? Does that cause any...
