I would agree that the US side around Allegheny...
I would agree that the US side around Allegheny State Park is much nicer than southern ontario. Heck even I90 is much nicer than the 401/403 combo. 219 through PA/NY is a little longer but very nice..

never got wet in it yet, including some vicious rain storms..
