Can't comment on actual hp but I'm closer to 50mpg with mine. Running a transmission sprocket that is +3 over stock, comfortable rpm on highway with the stock 4 speed transmission.

And Copa, the tankbag makes up for the lack of a windshield, it expands another 2"...for colder weather.:D
