Not sure what type of construction the Lawson uses...but my Warbonnet has a double layer that allows the user to slip a sleeping pad in between the layers thus, holding it nicely in place.

looking back at the maps....i think it was on road #21 near the #2152 spur. Look for Walupt Lake on the map, its near there. It really wasn't a big deal. We just grabbed a paved road that was nearby...

As long as I don't give the mud too much time to set up after a dirty ride, the garden hose and nozzle with a bottle brush seems to get most of the crud off.

That is a good price. Got my 12' for $11,600 before taxes and setup. I think it's the best deal I've ever snagged on a bike.

As a former Northern Michigan country boy I can attest to the waterproofing properties of Snow Seal. Nothing better. Just make sure you use heat to allow it to sink into the leather.
