I am using the Altrider Hemishere bag on my 500 EXC, it is rated as a 40 litre bag and for me, it is impossible to pack everything for a multi day ride in it.

My last trip was 4 days, crap weather...

Seconds on Safety Wire

cross drill the bolt head and drill a hole through the shifter and use stainless safety wire.

You won't lose the bolt this way.

I had mine set when i bought the bike to 0.610 by the dealer and thought that was it.

Plug Gap

Funny, I just changed mine today!

Gap is 0.9 mm or 0.035 inches.

my plug electrode was mostly gone! amazing what a fresh plug and a TPS re adjust can do!
