Not an answer to the chain question but I have two wheel sets.
Stock wheel has 14/50 gearing which is good for a dual sport ride.
Other wheel is 14/52. Same chain. Great single track gearing....

Stock exc ECU modules just get reflashed to EU spec. Then mapping switches work no problem and bike runs awesome.
On 500 anyway.

I am also a KTM off-road rider and prefer even LESS pull back than the CR High bend...........so I went with the KX High bend. About the same height as the CR, but less pull back for sure. I like em!...
