I have been running Conit tkc's on my funduro and I love them, but the rears wear too fast, I get like 4k at best out of a rear tire, (thats a hard two weeks of riding, My front still has the nubs on...

So Im often not too worried, I usually park in a space and take the key, Often i leave my Jacket and helmet on the bike. I Usually lock the steering and I have in my coat pocket an 1/8" x 6' cable...

but.. you won't be able to fold the tarp back under you , at 45 deg you will need 4 feet if tarp just to sit under it, that's 8' of wasted tarp.
use tent stakes and two bungees to the lower eyelets...

I don't know if it matters but mine came with a u-bolt that is flattened where it wraps around the bar.
Been there for three years without problems

It's a dirt thing, gets balance foreward and keeps the bike more fluid beneath you, you can't put a knee down in ruts and over rough terrain.
