Fuel pump

Anyone here know if this looks normal for the WR fuel pump? Seems to me it's dumping too much fuel out of the regulator thingy.
After starting hard for a day or two and not running well, it won't...

Anybody in here a bike mechanic or know of a good one in the PHX area? I'd rather not get ripped of at the dealership if I don't have to. :wink:
