I think there is lots of stuff around Boise. Check out the Idaho parks and rec trail map. Danskin Mountains are close to Boise but I think a lot of that was closed this year for repairs.

JD kit also changed the stroke of the pumper in the float bowl so you should check that part out too. I believe it shortens the stroke and the O ring makes it squirt faster.

That does seem lean, mine was blue needle #4 from top i think with 175 for sea level. I set it for 5k feet with red at 5 from top and 170 main. What is your altitude?
