I think my rear pads could have gone to 30K but replaced them before heading off on a 10K trip. After 10K on the new pads, they look hardly worn.
The fronts still have a good 50% on the original...

Seems to vary quite a bit. I replaced my original (rear) set at 20,000 since we were leaving for a 10K trip, but they would have been good for another 5-8,000.

I just finished a 10,000 km trip after installing the Puig touring screen and am very happy with it. Didn't notice any unusual wind noise coming up from the tank and fork area.
