The fuel you buy in Canada should be Super ( 91 octane). The 95 is some other rating system which I believe equals the 91 in Canada. Leave it plugged in!

My 2012 990 Adv was stalling occasionally, usually after a cold start. I've bypassed the o2 sensors with the plug (available from Greek guy on ebay) a few months ago; haven't stalled since.
