I had an 07 990S, swapped it for an 08 SE. Never...

I had an 07 990S, swapped it for an 08 SE. Never regretted it. For UK riding the SE is fine - I don't commute or do Motorway. I don't miss my Adv fairing or the helmet rattling screen.

I swapped my 990S for a SE, because although I liked the Adventure the buffeting at higher speeds was killing me, tried screens, helmets etc, nothing resolved it....

DeeGee - the master is at the top of the hydraulic line. If you stand by the handlebars and look UP, the master cylinder is about 2 feet above YOUR head.
