What was the answer to this? My backcountry 40L came in today and the backpack straps are also installed backwards. If they were redesigned this way I'd like to know the proper way to attach them.

Hmm, the ones on my 2011 were much longer (about half a key length) so they stayed in no problem. They also had the keyed grooves like the ignition key.

It could be unplugged. Mine did that after a dealer replaced the rear subframe and forgot to plug it back in. When bike is running, you should notice it moving up or down since it's very obvious.

No worries on the current Latitude jacket. Klim has added vents to the chest pockets which actually make it vent better than the Badlands since it has more vents now.

Yours isnt waterproof? I can't count how many times mine has been a in downpour since I've owned it. They've also responded to emails quickly when I lost the rubber plug to the charging port.
