5th and 6th can't be pulled with stock gearing. Gearing lower (to a certain extent) will allow you to pull higher revs and increase the speed on the top end.

:lol3 can't imagine why USPS is on the outs. I call rmatvmc and had them mark UPS only, so this isn't a issue. I use them a lot and not putting up with that crap.
