The 06 will need the intake valves replaced. Extra soft. In 06 and 07. And a rejet. Not jd kit btw.

The two strokes short range kills it for me. The 450/525 can easily get 40 mpg. Short shifted perfectly jetted 540's with an expert rider get 60mpg. No joke. Bob

are these used? dumb question? no, not really. my set was taken apart and hard anodized internally before I rode them. why? the inner tube wears the outer tube quickly and they have play in them...

I rebuilt a customers ktm rfs motor that had used this for long term. all bearing and seals perfect. all gears worn out through the plating. do not use this in a common oil engine. never seen...
