If you do take the whole cover off, you will need to check valve clearance after.

The inner one that holds the complete cover down looks like the culprit. My manual shows a gasket under those bolts. Maybe a fibre washer would do? I have some goo that would sort it.

Looks like it is leaking from the tappet cover bolt. Can't remember if there is an o-ring or soft metal washer under the bolt. Worth a look.

Tube size is outside of the tube. So smaller than the tyre it fits. But the difference is less as the tyre gets...

You could put a helicoil in. They are pretty easy to use. http://www.helicoil.in/
Covs should have them.

Otherwise you could maybe go a slightly longer bolt and a nyloc nut. Have to watch...

Need to call the supplier anyway, as my locally sourced cheap crap rim lock had the bolt pull out. :eek1....

Ordered spark plugs from a reputable supplier we all know. Was supplied NGK CR9E which is the hot type. Have been running the colder CR10 until now.
