ArthDuro, I haven't noticed anything with the Tachometer. The system seems to be electronic. Check all connections. I had a starting issue simply because my terminals on the kill switch were dirty....

It can come off vary fast. It has 2 mounts on the handlebars. Keeps the wind off the body...

I had my spedometer cble go out on me completley after I bought the bike. Like kiriakos said...the cable screws onto the meter housing and is easy to reach...

I was geting arround 60-61 mpg in city driving. My best was just short of 77 mpg. I wish I had miles per tank/reserve handy. Maybe after the bike get's together.
