Seems to be a common problem with the right side cases. Had to use brute force initially, but after being on the bike for a while things have loosened up a bit.

Maybe I'm missing something, but your clamps don't appear to be snug against the frame rail. Does your outer clamp piece conform to the railing, or is there a bit of a gap as it appears in your photo?
