That section is open. It goes from public roads directly onto NF land; no easements necessary. If you bear to the right on your way up the hill, its a more technical ascent.

Do not use a HeliCoil on any fastener (or plug) that sees repeated use (screwing and un-screwing). Time-Sert for that application, or D+T oversize.
