The KLR has some fit and finish problems, no doubt! The quality control during assembly has some issues. But, the parts are all manufactured in Japan and are of good quality...

Possibly it's time to look into a new set of rings? Too much blowby will pressurize the crankcase and force oil out the breather into the airbox....
