As long as it doesn't rub anywhere or gets squirrely at high speeds you should be good to go. I kinda like the look betterthan my black supermoto fender.

I did this same thing a couple months ago. I used the pro taper 1 1/8 adapters and cr high bars with works connection clutch lever. I had to cut the bars down around 1 1/2 to 2 inches off each side....
