From what I can see the 1190-R has 21-18" wheels and needs tubes.
The regular 1190 has 19-17" on spoked tubless rims (same as a GS12)
At least this is what I saw on the two bikes at the NYC bike...

300 ml over that time and made a pretty nasty mess. At least the
chain stayed oiled! :D Back at home in Massachusetts now...

2003 640A intermittently will not idle or run smoothly under 4K.
Getting worse, now smoking like its running really rich.
Problem comes and goes without reason bur might be worse in warm temps....

No. He put a Leo Vince exhaust and opened up the air box and we assume he played with the jetting (or failed to). The bike was safety wired and had a lot of off road mods like fuel taps removed...

Didnt get to see them as the head was out for valve replacement and to have the seats re-ground.
The interior of the head had taken a beating from all that metal exiting via the exhaust Im told.

17k miles. Bike seemed to run fine. Did not burn oil. Leakdown test showed 80% :eek1 Hence teardown. Note top compression ring is MIA.
