I've only done the TAT through Colorado (on a KLR650) but I could have done all of it on my V-strom. I see no reason a moderately skilled rider couldn't do it on the tiger.

So far they seem great. I haven't pushed them hard in the corners but I can cruise comfortably on the highway at 80+.

Well the strom is studded. I attempted to with a winter car tire on the rear but it wouldn't clear the chain so I studded up a Kenda Big block for the rear. We'll see how it goes on the maiden voyage...
