I wouldn't buy the titanium ones. I have a set of raptor titanium pegs on my R65GS and they are worn after a few rides.

The wide pegs are almost a must if you weld the new peg mounts on the frame...

They told me you don't need to disconnect the fuel because it (mostly)uses fresh air from outside of the cylinder. I always took off the floatbowl just to be sure and never had problems with it.

Every time i get on a bike with the pivot pegs i'm real happy I took mine off.

If you put the pivots on the "lowest" position they can't pivot forwards as much as in the normal high position.
