After 30 bikes in 50 years looking for the capabilities in the OP, I've settled on 2 bikes: a TE250 and a 650 X Challenge. I don't do jumps any more, but these two cover all the other specs well.

you might try mixing 4 oz of Seafoam (Pep Boys or Advanced Auto Parts) with a gallon of fresh gas. Crank it enough to get the mixture through the EFI, let it sit overnight and try again.
