I would very strongly suggest you get the front fork sorted out, especially for your weight.

The stock front springs are a minimum of 2 levels to soft.

48 -> 52 -> 54 or 56's for your weight....

If any of the bolts loosen, you will have plenty of warning. The engine revs will vibrate the plate.

Before you go through the trouble, loosen the bolts on the plate, start and rev the engine....
