I had a very similar problem on my bike recently ('07 GSA) ... the vibration at around the same speed was enough to put my arm to sleep and make my hand pain ...
I bring it in for the 10K service...

I ordered the OE light bar for my '07 1200GSA and the bolts washers and screws that appeared to be correct on the fiche (I did this at the parts counter along with the tech) sure enough the bolts...
