The tire is a bit bulged at the rim lock on my sons xr200. I had the rim straightened thinking the wheel was out of wack but the wobble is still there Is a bulge normal at the rim

The charger I'm using is a "Battery Tender" brand for motorcycle batteries. I know this is probably a dumb question but batteries are expensive and I need to keep this one for as long as I can.

Battery tender question

I usually keep my battery on a "Battery Tender". Can this degrade the battery because its always charging and never goes all the way down?

I ride an ATK 605 so I always want a fully charged...
