The tire is a bit bulged at the rim lock on my sons xr200. I had the rim straightened thinking the wheel was out of wack but the wobble is still there Is a bulge normal at the rim

Battery tender question

I usually keep my battery on a "Battery Tender". Can this degrade the battery because its always charging and never goes all the way down?

I ride an ATK 605 so I always want a fully charged...
