Thanks for the share. I have a very similar setup but use a Fuzeblock instead of the PDM60 for '10 800gs.

Was thinking about swapping the fuzeblock out for the PDM60 because...well it's newer :)

seems pretty robust. has a nice metal frame around it covered on 4 sides...

i have the Cayenne jacket and pants as well. definitely breathe well while moving and all vents opened up. with the layers though, i found the waterproofness non existent compared to my goretex gear.
