I like the wrist gaiters too. I simply fold them out over the sleeves in hot weather. The Badlands Pro is a great jacket, and I'm sure the new version is great as well.

My buddy did the WABDR on his GSA without knobbies, without problems. I think the Anakees would be fine on the IDBDR, considering the terrain is *supposed* to be tame in comparison.

I not only use the finger-signaling method with oncoming drivers (I'm usually in the lead), but we also use Sena headsets, so I can audibly warn the guys behind me as well.

The screen was on the bike when I bought it last February - it's a tinted MRA .

I'm 6'4" and have NO problem with wind buffeting. I can't compare it to the OEM though.
