Hi guys.

My 2012 GSA has done 90km after the fuel range went to 0km

Is there a way to calibrate the zero point?

I've used bottles that were 10years old and still worked! so long as it is still liquid and the bottle isn't all black and gooey (where the product leaches through the bottle) it seems to work fine

Yup. 1mm wobble is ok, but any more needs new bearings/rebuild soon.

However if it only has 22k (it is nearly run in!) on it and you called the service guy, it will likely be fine. Test ride it...

No lights on the dash. One error code that doesn't effect the bike.
I found NO difference on the bike (2012GSA) ... No noise or power changes....
