It looks like your bike has an m10 bolt, the 09 and 10 models use an m10 as well with a bushing. In 11 they went to the bearing setup with an m8 screw. Being the newer bolt is smaller no it will not...

Parts fiche show the bering brake pedal on 11 and up but it's part# 7651305024401. Bolt is an m8x25 0025080256S and a lock washer 36003014000.

The carrier looks to be different as well, not sure...

Exhaust cam was changed in 14, they changed cam on the xc-f in 13, Huge difference in low end torque. If it's the same as the sx/xc then it's definitely worth it.
Headlight is an h4 bulb, may work...

I'd definitely try out a set of forks like that before messing with a USD swap. The conventional forks on my XR650R were some of the best forks I've ever used.
