Rebuilt my Wee seat earlier this year. Good communication. Fast turnaround. Definite seat improvement--but the stock seat sucked, so almost anything would be an improvement. I'd send him another seat.

Had seat rebuilt and lowered another half inch or so.
Had local cobbler add 1/2 inch sole to riding boots.

One bottle, with some fuel-treatment added, stayed in the garage for about 8 months. No problem.
